Ebay make one time payment

Making a One-Time Payment

You can make a one-time payment for your eBay selling fees from the Make a Single Payment on Your eBay Seller Account page or the “Seller Account” section of My eBay.

You can make a one-time payment of your selling fees with the following payment methods.

Important: Please do not send cash payments to eBay.

For information on payment requirements, late fees, and payment schedules, see Your Payment Due Date.
Note: The making a one-time payment option is not for a buyer to pay the seller. It is for sellers to pay their eBay seller fees. Payments for items buyers have purchased must be sent directly to the sellers. Please do not send these payments to eBay.

Coordinating one-time and automatic payments

Even if you have an automatic payment method on file, you can still choose to make a one-time payment. However, to avoid duplicate payment, one-time payments should be made before the end of your invoice cycle.

Example: If you are invoiced at the end of the month and have your credit card on file for automatic payment, and it is now the 4th day of the month, there will be an automatic credit card payment processing already, so a one-time payment should only be made after this automatic payment has posted to your account.

Before submitting a one-time payment, you should review the automatic payment schedule to see when your automatic payments are debited and allow at least five days between any one-time payment and your automatic scheduled payment to avoid duplicate payments.

Making a one-time payment by credit card

Even if you already have an automated payment method on file, you can still make a one-time payment using a credit card.

To make a one-time payment by credit card:
  1. Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay home page.

  2. On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the "Seller Account" link under the “My Account” section.

  3. Under eBay Seller Fees, click the “credit card” link.

  4. On the Make a Credit Card Payment page, enter the credit card information and amount you want to pay, and then click the Pay button.

Note: You don't have to use the same credit card that you used to become an eBay seller. Your credit card will normally be charged 5 to 7 days after you receive your invoice. Learn more about eBay account invoices and payment schedules.

Making a one-time payment by wire transfer

You can make a one-time payment by wire transfer (also known as bank transfer), even if your selling account isn't set up for automatic payment.

To obtain a payment coupon:
  1. Click the “My eBay” link at the top of the eBay home page.

  2. On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the "Seller Account" link under the “My Account” section.

  3. Under eBay Seller Fees, click the “wire transfer” link.

  4. Click the “Mail in a check or money order” link.

  5. On the One-time eBay Wire Transfer page, you will find all the information required to make a wire transfer payment from your bank account. Make sure you have all the details noted down when making payment through your bank.

When paying by wire transfer:

  • You must be billed in Singapore dollars.

  • You can make payment either at a bank, through online banking or an ATM.

Getting Paid and Managing Your Earnings

eBay provides sellers with support and service on claims, refunds, and returns. You’ll have the ability to make comprehensive seller-initiated refunds for full or partial amounts, by item or on the full order, on eBay, or via a third-party platform.

Buyers can request refunds by canceling an order, making a return or filing a claim under the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They may also choose to directly file disputes with their financial institution.

You have access and visibility to all refund, claim, and dispute requests in the Payments tab in Seller Hub or Payments section in My eBay. For the majority of refunds, claims, and returns, refunds will be credited to the original payment method the buyer used at time of purchase.

We will deduct fees, and expenses such as those arising from refunds, claims, or disputes, directly from your earnings. If your earnings are not sufficient to cover these amounts we will charge your payment method on file (debit or credit card, and/or linked bank account). You can find more information about claims, refunds, and returns in the Help Hub.

Making a One-time Payment

You can make a one-off payment for your eBay selling fees via credit card from the Make a Single Payment on Your eBay Seller Account page in My eBay.

Important: Please do not send cash payments to eBay.

For information on payment requirements, late fees and payment schedules, see Your Payment Due Date.

Note: The option to make a one-off payment is not for buyers to pay sellers. It is for sellers to pay their eBay seller fees. Payments for items buyers have purchased must be sent directly to the seller, not to eBay.

Coordinating one-time and automatic payments

Even if you've signed up for automatic payments, you can still choose to make a one-off payment. However, to avoid duplicate payment, please make the one-off payment before the end of your invoice cycle.

Example: If you are invoiced at the end of the month and it is now the 4th day of the month, your automatic PayPal payment will already be being processed. If you make a one-off payment now, you may end up paying your fees twice.

Before submitting a one-time payment, you should review the automatic payment schedule to see when your automatic payments are debited. Allow at least five days between any one-time payment and your automatic scheduled payment to avoid duplicate payments.
