Delta had no plan and there were no hotel rooms. They diverted a NY flight through Atlanta waiving the covid restrictions to get us all on the plane. They Put us in a hotel In Atlanta, which was nice and convenient, but it was 2am when we went to sleep and backup at 6am to catch our flight. Not the way we wanted to end our amazing Key West vacation."

Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

It's as if they tried to make the plane as uncomfortable as possible. I've flown across the Atlantic in a military transport on nylon webbing seats that were far less painful. There's a fee for baggage, even carry-ons, and for everything in the cabin, including water. The fares aren't cheap either, but I had to get to OKC for the weekend and American and Southwest were fully booked. Only Frontier had seats available, and now I know why. If it's too expensive for you to fly a decent plane, Frontier, just shut it down and save the traveling public a lot of aggravation and discomfort. if it's a choice between Frontier and the bus, take the bus!"

A carry on will cost you. Pay before you get to the airport. Both flights I took were 30-45 minutes late due to the plane being cleaned. The luggage was also slow coming down. An airport employee told me that 2 other major airlines bump Frontier a lot when it comes to unloading luggage but I didn’t confirm that with Frontier."

Then once the plane left went to customer service and encountered a unapologetic lady that gave me the option to go either to LAX to get there at 9:30 pmor San Diego at 10:00 pm but I was suppose to get to Orange County at 3 pm, when i had a 9 month pregnant wife at home who couldn't drive due to been due any moment. I ended up going to LAX and getting there past 10 pm was not able to find anyone to pick me up on a Saturday night so had to take an Uber to OC which cost me about $90+ and frontier did nothing for me, just gave me a voucher for $15 to eat while I waited for the LAX flight. As we all know food is expensive at airports what can I possible buy with $15 besides fast food. And no offense to fast food but I'm a 6'6" and 230 lbs I need to eat a little more than a Big Mac meal."

One worker dosent know the policy and asked her manager , but they didn't want to help us politely , kept giving me excuses why I couldn't check the bag in for him , finally they did take care of it but with my husband having to stand there in front of them , but they didn't tell him anything. Too have a policy that really does help military service men and women is a great idea and really nice, but too be rude about following that policy , and not helping the spouse of the military member , trying to charge me for my husband's bag and giving me a hard time isn't the way to show support to our troops. They like to take advantage of everything that they can charge extra for , which makes most people not have a good experience flying. Yes cheapest ticket until you add in your baggage fees $35-$60 , drinks and snacks , seats if you want your party to seat together or a certain seat."
