Interest Rates and Terms

The standard Annual Percentage Rate (APR) with this Gold Visa is 13.9% variable. This is a low rate, applicable to purchases and balance transfers, which advantageously also applies to cash advances. There is no minimum interest charge and no annual fee. There are no fees for balance transfers, a 1% fee for international transactions, and a 4% fee for cash advances (minimum $4).
Late payment fees are $20, over-limit fees are $25 and returned payment fees are $25. There is no penalty APR.
